Design
Your project is designed in-house using the most up-to-date computer drafting program Chief Architect. We design to
both your budget and your needs. You will be a continuous part of the design process and receive a detailed blueprint before work begins.
Consultation & Pricing
Use our pictures or your own magazine clippings to generate ideas and we'll work together to determine
what can be done in your basement to meet your family's needs. You will also receive a complete and detailed construction specification
proposal that is also a contract that lists all its prices and payment schedule. Every proposal prepared by Sebring Services is tailored
for the specific project conditions to aid in meeting the needs of our customers.
Project Management
Once the proposal is signed and permits are ready, we create a schedule of events that lists everything to
be done for each phase of construction in the order that it's going to be completed. You will get a complete construction service -- from
design and permits through construction and final clean-up. You don't have to worry about any detail. We are bonded in all necessary towns
and carry Worker's Compensation and Liability Insurance. You'll never have a problem reaching me or my staff.
