Services:
Design & Consultation
We take your countertop ideas and integrate them into the final layout created specifically for
your room. We also provide you with countertop samples and detailed information about the benefits of each surface option to help
you make an informed decision that will best meet your needs.
Project Management
We choose all the appropriate subcontractors for your project, keeping them informed of any changes
through the project to ensure a smooth process. We work with great distributors who stand by their product and provide fair pricing.
We also help with the plumbing hookup, backsplash installation and the installation of lighting, including ceiling and task lighting
and under and in-cabinet options.
Process:
Below is the process we implement to successfully replace your countertops.
- Our first contact with you is over the phone:
We will create a file with your contact info and directions to your
home. We will set up an appointment convenient for you to meet with us at your home.
- At the appointment:
We sit down and discuss why you replacing your countertops and what your intentions are in order
to help us come up with a solution that best suits your needs. At this time we present surface samples and photos of other similar
projects to give you some creative ideas of what can be done to make your countertops meet your needs. We will measure your
counter area.
- We will send you a proposal via mail, fax, or hand delivered within 1-2 weeks of the initial appointment. (In most cases
sooner than 1-2 weeks). Proposals are very detailed, itemizing pricing for each facet of the finished product. The proposal also
includes a payment schedule which reflects the total price broken down into percentages due throughout key stages of the project.
- Schedule:
- Removal of old countertop and/or backsplash
- New countertop installation
- Plumbing installation
- Backsplash installation, if desired
